This machine is used for the metal film elements metal spraying, both the zinc and tin-lead alloys as the spraying material are ok. Compared with other spraying machine, the use ratio of the spraying material is higher 10%, the servo control system ensures a balance spraying thickness. The working efficiency and wire use ratio will highly improve if it is operating together with our masking machine. There is no dust and noise of the machine.
本設備適用於金屬化薄膜電容器芯子的噴金，噴鋅或噴鋅錫合金皆可。噴金時的材料利用率比其它種類的噴金機高10%以上，伺服控制系統，確保噴金厚度均勻。配套本公司生產的芯子包裹機一起使用，生產效率和噴金絲利用率有大幅度提高。機器無粉塵和噪音污染。
