Product Description (概要説明)
This equipment is designed for masking the metalized film elements before it is sprayed with metal. It adopts the PLC control and achieves the high speed auto control through the photoelectric sensor and cam mechanism and has the function of speed adjustment, auto testing, auto alarm with sound and light. The masking shape is “Ω”, it can save 20%-25% spraying material compared with the common masking machine.
本設備專用於金屬化薄膜電容器芯子噴金前包裹掩膜（膠帶），保護電容器除端面外的其它部位不被噴金材料污染。採用PLC控制，通過光電傳感器和凸輪結構實現高速全自動控制，並且有調速、自動檢測、自動聲光報警功能。包裹形狀為“Ω”，經廠家使用可節省噴金材料20%-25%。
